ASUS ROG Strix X570-F: White led stays white on boot when monitor is switched off

Hi all,
When I am booting my pc with my monitor switched off a white led on motherboard is switched on (VGA led) and stays on but the pc is booting and operating fine. This issue is not happening with the monitor is switched on during the boot. Is that intended or an issue? Thanks in advance
The setup:
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix X570-F (BIOS fully upgraded)
GFX: ASUS 3080ti TUF (Latest Nvidia drivers) connected with Display Port 1.4 cable (VESA certified) on the monitor: LG Ultragear 27GL850-B
