Dears,
I gave my Asus Rog Strix Scar G733CX model computer to ASUS authorized service for repair on 03.Sept.2024.
While my laptop was under warranty, I also paid the repair fee requested from me by the ASUS authorized service.
According to the latest information I learned from the ASUS authorized service on 11.Oct.2024, the motherboard of the laptop will arrive on 20.Dec.2024 and the repair of my computer may be completed by the end of the year.
If I am wrong, please have someone authorized from ASUS correct my information, the maximum repair time is 2-4 weeks.
Doesn't Asus have to replace the computer with a new one in order to ensure customer satisfaction in repairs that will take longer?
We were using this computer for work and we are losing a lot of business. Who will pay for the labor I will lose during this long repair period?
