Asus laptop won't recover

Yesterday, I reset my ASUS laptop to factory settings, and somehow it just shut down. I've searched for help and the only thing I can access is the BOOT settings and stuff when I press SUP. But there's no safe boot or anything similar, so I don't know what to do. My laptop just shuts on and off and the only thing to appear is the ASUS logo. Please help.
