Laptop constantly breaks down

i recently bought a asus gaming laptop. 

i only play a few games.. but a few weeks ago it started to become very laggy and i couldnt do anything on it without waiting hours for it to load. i reset it, i updated it i let it rest for a day and it was still the same.. another thing it did was when i play for example sims or genshin. its not in full screen and i can see the task bars.. idk how to turn it off but it wont and my icons get bigger... so i factory reset my laptop and had to download everything again...

now its doing it again.. and idk how to fix it?? spent alot of money for this laptop just for it to break every week...

help???

May I ask for the complete model of the laptop you are using?
How to find Model Name
Have you updated both the BIOS and system to the latest versions?
If you have already tried restoring the system but the issue persists, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for further confirmation.
