Why does the file manager app keep crashing? When I scroll down the downloads, it will crash. When I try my hidden cabinet, it will crash. Is it possible to enter hidden cabinet without the app? Or can they fix the app?

1. Model Name: Settings>System>About phone

2. Your current firmware version
Settings>System>About Phone>Software information
3. Does the issue appear after any system/apps' download or update?
4. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

5. Check your internal storage, make sure it has enough space left
6. Also, please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
