Hello all,
My ASUS user account, upon recent password update, has developed this message (image attached) and I cannot login.
I used a password generator my password manager created and it was one of those long "memorable phrase" types and that's when the trouble started. It accepted the change but then the "blocked account" immediately started upon next login attempt and has been in that state since. I've tried using "password reset" which sends me a reset email but will not complete once I set a new password.
I have a number of purchased devices tied to my account and can provide whatever necessary proof of rightful account ownership.
Who can I contact within ASUS that has the ability to recover/restore my account?
