Third-party passkey managers remain unsupported in the latest ASUS build of Android 14. I would post this in an existing thread, but those conversations appear to be closed. I'll link a couple of them here:

I am using a Zenfone 9 with Android build WW_34.0304.2004.145. I have set 1Password as my autofill provider but applications that request a passkey still ignore this setting and look at the built-in Google Password Manager.
I've done some research, and I have a theory that this might be related to the android.software.credentials feature. It seems this is a setting that can only be managed by OEM developers, but is required to enable passkey management in the OS and via third party providers. The following issue filed with Google's Android team describes the issue.
I believe that this issue is caused by the way that this feature was introduced. OEMs might not know that they need to enable the android.software.credentials feature on handheld devices and maybe this issue should be communicated better to OEMs?
This issue is very frustrating for both end users and Passkey provider (password manager) developers. End users will just notice that the Passkey provider can't be used and report it to the developers. The developers can't do much about it because it's a feature that needs to be enabled on the device by inserting a line in the ROM.

Thanks for taking a look, and I hope this is helpful to your development team.
