Android 12 Optimization for Better Ram Management

I've been noticing in Android 12, a lack of free RAM memory. I realize that only 3500-3000 are free for the user, on the A11 it was 4500-4200 free. Another question, isn't there the ability to "expand" the RAM memory by allocating virtual memory by an additional 3GB?

As long as your apps open smoothly is okay to have less free ram...
Last time I'm only able to locate more virtual by custom kernel but not in stock kernel. But I'm not using custom kernel yet on this phone.

Android is very efficient on managing RAM... I wouldn't be preoccupied if apps are blazing fast as it always been on this phone.
