ASUS A15 USB C Display Output

I just bought a TUF A15 and am having issues with it recognizing any USB C display device or taking USB C power input.  I have a docking station called a HiDock One and it isn't even recognized when plugging in via USB C.  It itself is powered so it isn't that.  I have used a "dumb" dock and it works to output.  Not sure what is going on with this device.  Anybody have any thoughts?  I have updated all drivers, did basic cabling troubleshooting, the HiDock works on a Dell computer with no issues at all.

Could you please let me know the complete model name of the laptop you are using?

As there are many different brands of docking stations available on the market, the described issue is likely due to compatibility.
If your laptop is newly purchased and you have concerns about its usage, it is recommended to contact the retailer to inquire about the possibility of a return or exchange.
