To assist you the issue of Mesh network nodes not connecting, we recommend that you try the following steps:
- Restart all devices: Please power off your main router and all nodes. After waiting a few minutes, first power on the main router and ensure it is fully booted and the network connection is stable. Then, power on each node one by one.
- Ethernet backhaul check: If you are using Ethernet backhaul, please ensure that all wired nodes are correctly connected to the LAN port of the main router or a network switch. You can try temporarily disconnecting the Ethernet cables to allow all nodes to connect wirelessly and observe if they can connect to each other. If the wireless connection is normal, the problem may be related to the processing of the Ethernet backhaul.
- Node reset test: Please try resetting one of the non-connecting nodes to its factory default settings and then setting it up again.
