RT-AX57 GO Latest Firmware does not load up web GUI completely on Safari (Mac)

Hi,

The latest firmware 2024-12-09, does not load up the web pages for the settings completely. Sometimes the side tabs are missing , other times the top tabs are missing. I had to upload the previous firmware to get the complete web pages. This happens on Safari and Firefox on my Mac. All software and OS is up to date. It loads correctly on Microsoft Edge (Mac version).

This is the type of bug that eventually, (hopefully much sooner than later,) gets ironed out by the browser programmers...

To help us better troubleshoot your issue of not being able to log in to the router settings page, we would like you to confirm the following:

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies: Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies in your Safari and Firefox browsers and then reopening the browser and trying to log in?
  2. Multiple browser testing: Are you unable to log in to the settings page using both Safari and Firefox browsers?
  3. Provide a screenshot: To better understand the problem, please provide a screenshot of the screen that displays the error message when you cannot log in.
  4. Factory reset: If the above methods do not resolve the issue, we recommend that you try resetting the router to its factory settings. Please note that this operation will clear all settings, so be sure to back up important data beforehand.
