EBP15 cannot update to version 3.0.7.18

I have a new EBP15 running firmware version 3.0.6.2 and cannot update it.  I tried logging in and doing a manual firmware update, but this fails.  I saw another post where they solved the problem by adding the switch as a AiMesh node and then doing the update from within the ExpertWIFI interface.  I added it successfully, but the option to update/upload does not show up on the Administration/firmware page for this switch even though it shows for the rest of my network devices.  Any ideas?

Solved! - Some additional detail about the above situation.  While it is true that the manual firmware update was not present, the Check update button was, however I could not get this to work.  Initially, about 2/3 of the time when hitting the check update button, it would respond with a message about the Asus update server not being available.  Sometimes it would actually find an update, but when clicking the firmware update button it would always fail citing a problem with the internet connection; i could never get it to work despite multiple attempts.  During these attempts, I had this switch connected to an AiMesh wireless access point, once I moved it so that it was directly connected to the router and then attempted the update, everything worked and it actually updated.
