1 - i have tried with restarting both router and connect with LAN network. ive followed this previous post

To better understand the connection issue between your AX55 main router and AX1800 node, please perform the following steps:
- Firmware version confirmation: Please ensure that the firmware of your AX55 main router and AX1800 node are both updated to the latest version.
- Node factory reset: We recommend restoring the AX1800 node to factory default settings and reconfiguring it.
- Node placement adjustment: Please try placing the AX1800 node closer to the AX55 main router to ensure signal stability.
- Node addition test: If you have multiple AX1800 nodes, try adding one node at a time to rule out conflicts between nodes.
Please kindly perform the above steps to help us further analyze the problem.
