Asus RT-BE58U App issues

Hello! 

So I just got my BE58U today and set it up initially by the Asus Router app, then tweaked all the settings via the web interface on my pc. I created two main SSIDs (2.4 and 5 separately), and two guest SSIDs in which one is MLO, and the other is 2.4GHz only IoT. The app and the router both are on their current version/FW iterations respectively. Below is the issue I have been facing: 

- The app connects to all the SSIDs except the MLO one. No matter what I try. All SSIDs work just fine for internet connection, and the router is binned to my account as well.

The only thing I didn't try is to factory reset the router. Since every other function is working fluidly, I didn't think it would be necessary. So what am I doing wrong?

What exactly doesn't connect to the MLO SSID?  Pretty confused I'm afraid.

Sorry if I made it vague. The app does not detect the router while connected on the MLO SSID.

No worries.  You're helping me try to help you...

This is a WiFi 7 phone/device?  (It has to be otherwise connection to MLO WiFi 7 will not work due to 256 bit encryption).

No. It's a WiFi 6E client. I understand the MLO function doesn't work except WiFi 7, but since the internet is working on that SSID, why the app can't recognize the router?
