Been running the new FW for about 8 hours now....having issues with Nest Thermostat drops....Android phones dropping connections......
Are others seeinf the same thing?

Another interesting point: With the 56839 FW my Samsung SG24+ would not connect to WiFi6E. Downgraded to 56813 and 6GHz works again.
Asus folks...please check out these issues and address them let me know what I need to do to address the issues I saw with 56839. Thx

Another point: The BE14000 and BT8 FW versions are the same. So, BT8 users may see the same issues.
Note: I did have the IPv6 option turned on in both the 56813 and 56839 operations. As mentioned, 56813 is working fine. 56839 was not. Just another data point for Asus debugging.

Yes, I did perform the reset at the initial 56839 install. I did not perform a reset when I reinstalled the 56813 version. My net is running OK with the 56813 version. After speaking with support I did submit a Feeback form with all of the info you requested above - N2503029147.
FYI...The BE14000 is not listed in the pages referenced in the [Wireless Router] When Standard Reset Isn’t Working: Hard Factory Reset - Models list | Official Sup... link. But the BT8 is listed. Those are the instrcutions I followed.
I am sure you recognize that performaing hardware resets are both time consuming and tedious.
