Asus RT_AX55 issues

Asus RT_AX55 router, has been updated to the latest firmware, has multiple issues

- WAN IP shows an internal IP like 192.168.0.1 instead of public IP

- WAN DDNS URL and "access from WAN" has been enabled but cannot connect from via the URL

- Register the router's SN in the register page shows "incorrect SN"

Anyone knows how to resolve them?

What ISP is this?  Is there a gateway device providing the private IP?  If there is a gateway you should set it to bridge mode or IP Passthrough.

Once it gets a proper WAN address then access from WAN via DDNS should work.

Regarding the issues you're experiencing with your RT-AX55 router, we recommand the following:

• WAN IP displaying internal IP: Please ensure that your router is properly connected to the internet. Try restarting your router and your broadband modem or network device, and verify if the network connection is functioning correctly.
• Unable to connect through URL: Ensure that your device is connected to the router's Wi-Fi network correctly. You can try using another device or browser for testing and ensure that the entered URL is correct.
• Reset the router: Reset the router to factory settings and reconfigure it.
• Check the network connection: Ensure that the network cable is securely connected and that the ISP-provided account and password are correct.
• Update the firmware: Ensure that you have updated to the latest firmware version. Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386_52303 RT-AX55｜WiFi Routers｜ASUS Global
• Contact your ISP: If the problem persists, please contact your Internet service provider to check if there are any network issues.

As for the registration serial number error, kindly provide the product serial number and the screenshot of the page shows "incorrect SN" via private messege to me.
