I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my device repair. According to the seller, the display defect is not covered by warranty and I would be charged for repair. This is unacceptable, as the defect appeared shortly after purchase and was reported within six months. Several other issues, including the start/power button, were reported, yet I have received no diagnostic results or updates. My device has now been in repair for over a month, with no clear progress. I was also informed I might be charged for a cost estimate, which I consider unreasonable under warranty. According to the seller, my device is with an ASUS repair service, but I have not been informed which center, who is responsible, or whom I can contact. I request urgent clarification, including: The ASUS repair center handling my device. The responsible ASUS representative and contact details. The official ASUS case number. Confirmation that all reported defects are covered under warranty. I expect immediate action and a written response without further delay.
