May I ask if the situation you described happened after any changes were made? For example, updating the BIOS or connecting an external device
When the crashes occur, does the software crash while running, return to the desktop, or does the system shut down and automatically reboot?
Have you already updated the BIOS to the latest version 1604, released on December 28, 2023, and cleared CMOS?
Could you confirm if the installed memory part number is in the PRIME Z790-P-CSM QVL and if it's installed in the DIMM_A2 and B2 slots as recommended in the User manual?
