Hello @BORETS ,
Thank you for reaching out to us again.
Could you please confirm if the hardware configuration is the same as before?
Is your current BIOS version 2614, and will you be experiencing the PS/2 keyboard issue with the latest BIOS version 3024 as well?
Kindly update your changes, if any, and share the brand and models of the PS/2 keyboard you have tested.
MB: TUF GAMING B650M-E
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 8600G
RAM: RAM 2x24GB A-Data AX5U6400C3224G-BLABRWH
Storage: SATA SSD KINGSTON SKC600256G (50026B7784424086) [238 GB]
VGA: n/a
PSU: Chieftec Silicon SLC-750C, 750 W
OS version: Windows 11 23H2 22631.3527
Based on your description, does the PS/2 keyboard issue occur sporadically rather than every time?
If so, this makes it challenging to verify and further diagnose the issue.
We must first identify the particular actions required to consistently duplicate the issue in order to further narrow down the anomaly.
Have you tried cross-testing with different PS/2 keyboards to isolate potential hardware problems?
Please provide a video that accurately replicates the issue using the steps you shared, as well as cross-tests with different PS/2 keyboards and documentation of whether the same results are observed using the same method.
Thank you.

Hello @BORETS
We apologize for the delayed response.
Based on the video you provided, it appears that the PS/2 keyboard may not function during the boot process.
Could you please check if the issue improves by setting Fast Boot to [Enabled] and Boot Logo Display to [Auto] in the BIOS?
Additionally, please confirm the issue by cross-testing with different PS/2 keyboards, and if possible, share a complete video demonstrating the steps that trigger the PS/2 keyboard issue.
If this issue is intermittent, it may be challenging for us to verify or identify the problem, as we were unable to replicate the described behavior previously.
Thank you.
