Hello, @Sciruz

May I inquire about your current BIOS version?
If you haven't updated to the latest BIOS version 1811, released on October 16, 2023, we recommend trying to update the BIOS and clearing CMOS first before rechecking the issue.
According to the user manual, M.2_1 is connected to the CPU channel, and M.2_2 is connected to the chipset channel.

We advise against using extension cables or adapters, ensuring your CPU is correctly installed, or considering cross-testing with other SSD devices or CPUs to further isolate potential issues.

If necessary, please also refer to the instructions in [Motherboard] Troubleshooting - Cannot find the hard disk drive or SSD (M.2) after motherboard power... for additional guidance to verify your current configuration.

Thank you.
