How to turn off ASUS Pen 2.0 SA203H

I couldn't find any information on how to turn off ASUS Pen 2.0 SA203H either in user manual or online. I don't use it very often and I want to be able to turn it off when not in use instead of checking all the time for the red blinking light. Does anyone know how to turn this stylus off?

Hi @SuprAn ,

To use the pen, you need to pair it via Bluetooth. You can refer to the indicator lights to check the current status of the pen:

  • If the light is flashing red, it indicates that the battery level is below 35%.
  • If the light is solid white, it indicates that the pen is fully charged.
  • If the light is solid orange, it indicates that the pen is currently charging.
  • If the light is solid white, it indicates that the pen is successfully paired.
  • If the light is flashing blue, it indicates that the pen is in pairing mode.

We have not designed a separate power-off button. If you are not using the pen, you can remove it from the Bluetooth pairing.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Thank you.

Hi I am genuinly baffled by your answer, you said that you pair it with Blootooth but my bluetooth is off in Win 11 and somehow Pen 2 is still working. How is it connected with Laptop? (ProArt p16)
And is there any way you can put pen on standy/off when you not using it?

If I remove the pen from the Bluetooth pairing, will it stop discharging?

I have this same frustration. My pen is literally always dead and I have to charge it when I want to use it.

The standby battery discharge rate is clearly very high when not in use. What is the recommended way to store the pen between sessions so it's actually still charged next time?
