Unable to install Armoury Crate

Before I receive any suggestion to use the uninstall tool and reinstall it, I had already tried that about 5 times in a row.

My PC is running Windows 10 Enterprise Edition, all up to date. I have downloaded Armoury Crate Full Installation Package v1.4.2.6 and tried to install it for my Proart MD300 mouse. But at some point, it always fails the installation, saying "Windows system is busy", A quick sign-out (Windows) and sign-in show two consecutive messages notifying that the installer could not read the AppSetup file.

Launching the installer after a restart advises me to use the uninstall tool, which I followed and restarted as prompted, just to launch the Armoury Crate installer again and fail in the same manner as mentioned above.

What am I doing wrong?

Regarding the issue you are encountering, we would like to confirm the following:

  1. What product are you currently using? Please provide the complete model number.
  2. We recommend trying to install Armoury Crate on another device.
  3. Please refer to the FAQ section "1-3-1. Installation Failure" and follow the steps for verification. 

If you have followed these steps but still encounter installation failure, please use the Armoury Crate Lite Log Tool to obtain the logs, upload the file to the cloud, and send me the link via private message.
