Scroll wheel not working correctly

About 2 to 3 years ago I bought the ASUS Tuf Gaming M4 Air mouse, and now my scroll wheel started to jump in the opposite direction of scroll whenever I scroll, but if I scroll slowly it doesn't jump as much. Is there anyway to fix it?

based on your question, you can first check if the mouse firmware is up to date and try connecting the mouse to different devices for cross-testing to see if the issue can be resolved.

I already tried to update the firmware, and I occasionally have to use another computer, so I already tried on another computer and it doesn't change.

Also can you provide the steps on how to private message, becouse I'm new.

if you have already confirmed that you have performed cross-testing and updated to the latest firmware, but the issue still persists, we suggest that you send the product to an authorized service center for further assistance.
