M4 Mouse not connecting via bluetooth

I've had the mouse for a while and it worked fine on the Bluetooth, all of a sudden it disconnected randomly and wouldn't reconnect via Bluetooth
I tried using forget device and now I can't get it to appear in the searching for devices tab
And I've tried everything from restarting to updating to reinstalling
It works fine when I use the dongle
