Hello, 

I bought refurbished ROG Cetra True Wireless buds. 

I am unable to register them on Armoury crate because the previous owner didn't sign out. 

Can you please help me? He will provide additional information about previous ownership.

We recommend that you contact the seller and ask them to cancel the product registration. 

To proceed with the cancellation, we need the following information:

• Product serial number
• Email associated with the registered account
• Photos of the purchase invoice/receipt and a screenshot showing the product serial number bound to the account after logging in

You may ask the seller to contact us directly, or you can obtain the above information from the seller and then send it to us via private message.
