Rog strix carry no Bluetooth on other devices but only my ipad can detect it.

I am only able to connect my rog strix mouse to my ipad air 2 but not other devices. I have tried it with meta quest 3 headset, samsung note phone , macbook air but they all cannot detect it through bluetooth and yes the mouse has green light when i switch it to bluetooth mode. Please help

To better assist you with your mouse connection issue, we would like you to confirm the following:

1. When did the issue start: Did this issue occur from the beginning when you purchased the mouse, or did it start after updating the mouse firmware?
2. Firmware update: Have you confirmed that the firmware of both the mouse and the receiver has been updated to the latest version? We recommend that you download the Armoury Crate software to check and update the firmware.
3. Bluetooth driver: Have you updated the Bluetooth driver of your computer or laptop to the latest version? You can download the latest driver from the computer manufacturer's official website.
4. Connection type: Does this issue only occur with a Bluetooth connection, or does it also occur with a 2.4G wireless connection?

Please provide this information so that we can better understand your issue.

1) this issue has occurred since last year and yes It must have been after the firmware update because I downloaded the armoury crate software once I got my mouse. As I mentioned before, only my ipad could detect this mouse via bluetooth but not my other devices. 

2) Yes I have confirmed everything were done accordingly and I updated my Armoury Crate Software a few days ago.

3) The bluetooth drivers are up to date and no problems detecting my other devices. So this is the problem with the firmware or the mouse since only my Ipad could detect it. I was able to connect to my samsung phone before but not anymore. 

4)This issue only occurs with the bluetooth connection. The 2.4ghz works just fine.
