I ordered keyboard ASUS ROG Strix Flare II Animate 100% RGB Gaming Keyboard - Hot-swappable, ROG NX Blue Linear Switches, Customizable LED Display, PBT Keycaps, Acoustic Dampening Foam, Media Controls, Wrist Rest via newegg.com (Order # 567554753)  but when i received and checked the item, the keyboard is not working
