1. Product serial number
2. Registered account email
3. Photo of the purchase invoice/receipt and a screenshot showing the product serial number bound to the account after logging in.

To protect your privacy, we have hidden the last three digits of the product serial number. 

If you need to provide the product serial number for further assistance, please contact us through private message. 

Also, kindly provide the Registered account email and a screenshot showing the product serial number bound to the account after logging in via private messege.
