For some reason, in the web page i have my keyboard registered, but in the aurora app, for some reason i have issues with it.
at this point i have no idea about what to do

based on your question, could you confirm whether your Armoury Crate is unable to recognize your keyboard?
What is the current version of your Armoury Crate?
Have you updated it to the latest version?
Have you tried uninstalling the software using the Armoury Crate uninstall tool and then reinstalling it?
When did the issue start?
Have you confirmed that the keyboard is correctly connected?
Please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate Update Center.
Could you also help record and provide the relevant logs for us to investigate further?
