Faulty Rog Thor PSU Fan

Hi I have been trying to submit an RMA on the ASUS website with no success.

I have a faulty ROG Thor 1000W Power supply unit with a faulty fan from new. Its approx 2 weeks old. Its clicking and not getting more noticeable. 
Can you help?

The serial number is NCYEKG00956387F. 
When I try to log an RMA with the registered product it comes back with a message " Your product cannot be checked" 
When I go to fill out the manual form there is no submit button.
