Hey folks,
I have this set for almost 3 years and worked fine, suddenly it started to have an issue with WIFI.

Only a manual restart helps.
Does this means it is a faulty device?
Thanks

Hi @jujaw ,
thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the delayed response due to the holiday.
To assist you with the issue, we would like to confirm the following:
- Please check and confirm the firmware version of your router and ensure it is updated to the latest version.
- Try switching to a different channel to avoid interference from nearby wireless devices.

- Please avoid placing the router near devices that may cause interference, such as microwaves or Bluetooth devices.

It had something to do with the Trend micro protection that I enabled recently.
When I turned it off completely the issue had gone.
