Pretty much the post title, it looks like either one of the factory fitted bolts wasn't tightened correctly or was cross-threaded, and worked loose. This caused the other bolt to shear off and the chair has now collapsed on one side.
Obviously i want to raise a warranty claim for this, but the warranty form won't accept my serial number. Does anyone know what the best next step is? I've raised a technical query via the contact us page (which did let me select my Destrier chair)
