No audio from ASUS ROG Centra earbuds

Hello I own a pair of ROG Centra True Wireless headphones and the bluetooth has no problem connecting to my computer but from there I recieve no audio. I would like help with my next steps and how I can go about fixing this problem

  1. Default output device: Please ensure that your computer's default output device is set to the ROG Centra headset. You can adjust this in Windows "Sound settings".
  2. Bluetooth device interference: We recommend temporarily turning off other Bluetooth devices to rule out interference from other devices on the headset connection.
  3. Driver updates: Please ensure that you have installed the latest version of the Bluetooth/audio driver for your computer. You can download and install it from the computer manufacturer's official website.
  4. Headset firmware update: We recommend checking for the latest firmware update for the ROG Centra headset. You can update it using the dedicated software or the included tools.
  5. Other device testing: You can try connecting the headset to other Bluetooth devices (such as smartphones, tablets) to see if the problem is with the headset itself.
