Asus rog ally freezing issue with ssd

So I have had my rog ally for a while. I bought an ssd. And started to play some games. I realized that gamws that aren't even installed on my ssd are freezing. I Uninstalled the ssd. And restarted my pc. All of a sudden no freezes no stutters and no hickups. Is there a way to fix this cus I have many games installed on my ssd but in some weird way it makes my system unplayable after couple of minutes with freezing stutters especially traversal freezing when my ssd is installed.
