Can a 4K monitor be attached to the Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port?
If yes, can a standard Thunderbolt 3 to DisplayPort cable be used?
Are there any specific restrictions or limitations to using the Thunderbolt 3 port for video display?

for Type C Thunderbolt 4 is 3840*2160(4K),60Hz
