unable to connect wifi on first try

I owned a Asus TP500L. Recently, I am not able to connect to my home wifi on the first try. (connected but no internet).
I need to reboot my laptop and it connected on the second try. It happened almost everytime. Please help. Thanks

How about connecting to other wifi hot spot?
When did this start ti happen? after any update or modificaiton?
