I am facing an issue with my ASUS VivoBook laptop when connecting my Huawei FreeBuds SE (Model: T0010C) via Bluetooth. Initially, the earbuds connected and worked perfectly, but now whenever I try to connect them, my laptop restarts automatically. My laptop model is ASUS VivoBook (exact model can be added if known), and the operating system is Windows 11. The Huawei FreeBuds SE (Model: T0010C) works fine with other devices, and other Bluetooth devices also connect to my laptop without any problem. I have already tried removing and re-pairing Bluetooth devices, resetting the earbuds, updating and reinstalling Bluetooth drivers, and restarting the system, but the issue still persists. Please advise on how to resolve this or if any driver or firmware updates are required.
