Hi. My keyboard no longer works when the magnetic section is attached to the screen. I have searched extensively online and there are many people with the same issue. This keyboard is evidently not sold separately.
ASUS must be aware of this significant issue impacting owners of the ROG Flow Z13.
Why has nothing been done to rectify this problem, firstly in terms of supporting owners with replacement options (even if this comes at a cost outside of warranty) and secondly in terms of improving the durability of the keyboard at a fundamental level to avoid or reduce the occurrence of this problem?
