Can you please confirm Is it possible to upgrade memory RAM through SO-DIMM slot in ASUS VivoBook S14 flip especially the model the come with Intel UHD graphics and core i5 13th generation processor?

There is only one replaceable memory slot can be used.
Regarding this replaceable memory slot, it supports up to 8GB DDR4(3200MHz) RAM.
