Would running the system in safe mode do the job? I am actually willing to reset the system in 20 september when the Windows 11 2H22 finally releases officially, but until then it would be better if we find a solution to this...

You can try to enter the safe mode to see if the problem still occurs. If it does not appear, it means that the program (not the system itself) installed subsequently causes this situation to occur. After that, you can check (remove) the installed programs one by one to confirm whether the problem disappears. But I think backing up the data and restoring the system will save more time. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Hello! I really appreciate your comment, this idea came to my mind yesterday, I tried turning it on in safe mode but the MyAsus application could not be executed so I guess it is not possible to test it like that!
how ever there is something that may cause the issue, whenever I try to reinstall the ASCI V3 driver, I get this error

Edit: this is the latest version 3.1.5
Could it be the problem?

It may be difficult for me to assess where the problem is. What I can suggest is to try reinstalling MyASUS, but if it doesn't work, I would recommend backing up your data and restoring your system. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

I think the problem is with the installed insider build of Windows. The drivers are probably not optimized for this version
