Detailed description：I recently bought an unsealed ASUS TUF A15 from a retailer. It seems like the previous owner already registered the laptop. I would like to change it to my account.

Hello, so i have been using my laptop for a year, my laptop got crashed and need to get serviced but all my data is gone now, and when i need to register the S/N (Serial Number) it got the same issued, cause i have been registered it earlier. Can you help me with it?
