My Asus Rog 5 phone shutdown at 40% battery. What's the solution

Sorry I'm not tech savvy. What's RMA and how do I find it ?

I'm trying the Battery calibration for now to see if it helps. If it doesn't then I will check with a service senter.
Can u tell me why I am facing this issue on my Rog phone 5 that it's shutsdown when the battery reaches 40 % as it's just 2 mths old and I never over charge it. I just charge it when after it automatically shutdown.
What could be the fix ?

Pls go through the discussion n recalibrate your battery
Step1: go to "Settings" > "Battery" > "Battery Care"> "Select charging limit"> "Move bar to 100%" , and turn on "steady charging" n choose "ultra steady"
Step2:Plug in AC charger to charge battery to 100%
Step3:Normal use until capacity of battery decrease to 0%
Step4:Do Step 2 again to charge battery to 100 %
I'm now avoid using the phone below 20% n will charge it when around 30 %
