Hello hrithik,
Why do you need a battery yourself? what issue did you encounter?
Thank you.
@Blake_ASUS The charging percentage doesn't increase and i found that the battery isn't taking the backup. Laptop is working only in charging mode
I have the same model number and BIOS, I need a working battery as my battery is not taking a backup.
Your laptop model is different from mine see photo
go to device manager , uninstall battery drivers , and then restart windows.
How will this solution help?
for few users this idea worked
Which one should i uninstall?
To be precise my battery percentage is struck on 32%, and isn't moving ahead
Microsoft Ac Adaptor and Microsoft ACPI complaint
If i restart will it load itself again? how will i reinstall it again?
those are Microsoft drivers which are built in windows OS, so drivers wiil automatically reinstall again without our integration
Okay let me try
I tried the same, the percentage is not increasing and system is getting power off when i unplug my charger.
I seen device manager screenshot , you have not installed intel chipset driver which essential for all thing , processsor chip have controlled over battery .
I seeing many yellow marks on devices, which indicates there is no driver installed in windows 10 ,
Previously i had ubuntu as my Operating system, was facing the same issues there too. Is it due to this?
Previously i had ubuntu as my OS, i was facing the same issue there.
unzip the below file and run CSMEv4.0.1.0.exe , and post a screenshot here, that file belongs to INTEL inc, to identify vulnerability in intel core processors
