Numberpad not launching Calculator app - Zenbook 14

Detailed description：I bought this computer two weeks ago and the numberpad did everything it was supposed to do. But now, I can no longer launch the calculator app from the top left icon. Everything else works, I can even adjust the brightness of the numberpad with that same icon, but the calculator shortcut is gone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. Did not make any difference. Could this be caused by a windows update? Since this is a new laptop, there are all kinds of updates being run.

You said the shortcut is gone... Have you tried updating, or reinstalling the calculator app from the windows store?

Yes, it was the first thing I tried.
Tried those too, nothing worked.
Even tried changing the language of the keyboard, since some functions don't work with the portuguese keyboard.
What is weird is that the top left icon still functions as a numberpad light regulator, but lost the second functionlity.
Ended up reinstalling Windows on my pc, problem solved.
