Hi, kindly help us with the following information to find a solution to your query.
1. Name of the Asus device you are using.
2. Firmware version your device is on.
I too had the same issue. Battery is the culprit. Its bulging. Change the battery as soon as possible.
My mobile is max pro m2 last one week my mobile screen on time battery drain is fast and screen is over heat. so please give any suggestion to rectify the above problem currently run is android 9version

My Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 phone battery drainage with in 2minutes and it would not charge fully 100%.
Give suggestion quickly.
