Frequency of occurrence: since i bought the laptop (2 months ago)

Detailed description: I bought my laptop 2 months ago and i didn't do anything other than surfing and attending online exams. The battery drained completely in 1 hour when I wrote my exams with camera, mic on. When i surf through internet (i was literally just reading PDFs not even videos) ,battery drains completely in exactly 2 hours. It takes 1 hr 15 minutes approx. to charge the battery completely (I didn't let my laptop charging for too long)
I noticed random lags while using trackpad too

Which mode did you set in Armoury Crate?

thanks for the reply (and i hope to receive such till the problem ends)
it is in silent mode
but the battery is draining faster and faster (today it lasted for only 1.5hrs of surfing)
and there are few updates to be installed.. ill update them and see if the problem persists...
but just because i haven't installed a few updates, will the battery time be this low?

And there might be a lot of update ongoing so the battery has been draining fast.

i updated all of them
i checked the battery while using the laptop for past 3 days
yet the battery operates in same marrey...it completely drains in 2 hours
how would i be sure that this isn't something to claim under my warranty?
