The question has described exactly what happened. I've tried troubleshooting sim card, phone call, and wifi through .12345+= with calculator, but everyting was normal there. This needs fixing asap, and I've seen some discussion about this has been closed without the problem being solved

It is also exactly the same with simcard 1 only usage
@krisnata.dharma You're running very old firmware. Please update to the latest version (2012.131) and see if your issue goes away.
@Gustav_ASUS I've checked for system update from settings, result: none. Tried downloading the latest firmware from Asus website, phone didnt detect that a system update is available. Tried rebooting after that, still no result
Do you have Tencent version?
@Saifuddin
yes, what's the difference?
Using Tencent version with wrongly flashed rom ( Mostly WW-Global rom) won't get any updates from official server .
The problem of signal dropping is maybe due to wrong rom also it's very old version .
To resolve in official way you have to contact your seller from whom you bought the device .
Yes as he said , if you bought Tencent version with global rom they you got scammed....
I am feeling bad for you and other guys who are getting scammed like you did☹️☹️☹️
You guys should get refund if possible.....
It's a device intended for the Chinese market that has been flashed with global firmware. Because of the model & ROM mismatch, you won't get FOTA updates, and we can't guarantee that your device will function properly. It's recommended that you contact your reseller, as this is not a configuration we are selling.
Having said that, you should be able to manually update your firmware by placing the zip file in the root directory of your phone.
