Model Name: ROG Phone 3
Firmware Version: 17.0822.2005.11
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: constantly nonstop
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
========================================
The question has described exactly what happened. I've tried troubleshooting sim card, phone call, and wifi through .12345+= with calculator, but everyting was normal there. This needs fixing asap, and I've seen some discussion about this has been closed without the problem being solved

krisnata.dharmaUsing Tencent version with wrongly flashed rom ( Mostly WW-Global rom) won't get any updates from official server .https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/152195#Comment_152195
yes, what's the difference?

The problem of signal dropping is maybe due to wrong rom also it's very old version .
To resolve in official way you have to contact your seller from whom you bought the device .

krisnata.dharmaIt's a device intended for the Chinese market that has been flashed with global firmware. Because of the model & ROM mismatch, you won't get FOTA updates, and we can't guarantee that your device will function properly. It's recommended that you contact your reseller, as this is not a configuration we are selling.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/152195#Comment_152195

Having said that, you should be able to manually update your firmware by placing the zip file in the root directory of your phone.
