Detailed description:
I just completed a BIOS update flash of this model going from version 240 to version 300 as this system was recently updated from Win 8.1 to Win 10. Prior to the flash everything worked fine. After the flash the BIOS does not pick up the hard drive to boot. However, the hard and DVD drives are picked up in the Advanced section of the BIOS. Right now I don't see any way of getting the BIOS to see the boot drive.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...

No Boot After Flash of BIOS
I don't have your model laptop.
but comman basics I knew it
after every bios firmware update, we must to do reset bios settings to default.
and then we need to configure the settings as required by users in bios , then save and exit.
