update get failed. Software update is available pops up in notification bar. But every time it downloads and failed
After done all the things it shows up with popup and says your device is reverted to It's original configuration

BACKUP , factory Reset ,try again.

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue

Already done. But software update shows in my phone when Asus officially announced. After doing download and all the things update get failed and don't show again until next update
